The Hills Excellence in Business Committee has been conducting the awards for business excellence since 1997. The awards are open to all businesses within the Shire of Baulkham Hills. The awards recognise outstanding quality, innovation and professionalism in local business. From small business to large corporations, the awards seek to acknowledge those businesses that strive for excellence.

Mentoring describes a business relationship where experienced business people share their knowledge and experiences with entrepreneurs, providing a sounding board for ideas, access to networks and professional advisory services to accelerate the growth of the business. Mentoring transfers knowledge and skills.

All businesses within the Shire are invited to participate in the mentoring program.
